Established in 2008 by brothers Lim Aik Hoe, Lim Aik Kiat and Lim Aik Fu, EXSIM Group has grown from industrial and commercial developments into a respected name in Malaysia’s high-rise residential property market. With its philosophy of New Age Ingenuity and a strong emphasis on sustainability, EXSIM has successfully delivered over 50 projects to date, spanning industrial parks, commercial spaces and premium high-rise residences.
